2012-2013 Student Open Enrollment Period Begins
Monday, January 23, 2012 - Friday, March 16, 2012
The Open Enrollment Period for the 2012-2013 school year will begin Monday, January 23, 2012. Applications will be available online and at the Educational Service Center, 18551 E. 160th Avenue, Brighton. Application(s) should be submitted to your school(s) of choice no earlier than Monday, January 23rd and no later than Friday, March 16th. Monday, January 23, 2012 - Friday, March 16, 2012
♦ Cell Phones/Games/Electronic Devices
Due to the risk of loss, damage, and disruption to the learning environment, the use of these items during the school day is prohibited. Students are encouraged to engage in social interactions with their peers during lunch, recess, and on the bus ride to and from school. If phones, games and electronics are brought to school, students will be required to keep them off and in their backpacks during school instructional hours. The district has adopted a new cell phone policy. Cell phones may not be used during school hours by students, staff or parents. Should the phone become visible during the school day, the phone will be confiscated and turned into the Principal. The phone will be returned to only a parent or guardian.
♦ Parking
Parents/visitors may park in spaces on the east side of the building. Additional/overflow parking is available on the west side of the building near the modulars as well as on the streets. When space is unavailable, please use caution when parking along the side of the road and driveways. Always park off the road to the right as far as possible and do not block roadways. Parking is prohibited in designated fire zones, the handicapped designated areas without the proper sticker and in the bus zones.
